In this starter pack, you get the first 6 lessons of helicopter flying. Lessons 1 to 4 are 45 minutes each, and lessons 5 and 6 are 60 minutes each. This is because the first lessons are new, require a lot of concentration, and it takes time to get used to and fly longer.
In doing so, you get extensive theory lessons before each flight, and a pilot's logbook for logging flight hours, ready for when you decide to go ahead with the private licence or commercial licence.

Here you get a real 1st trial lesson in helicopter flying! Beforehand, you will get a 30-minute briefing on what will take place that trial lesson to prepare you as well as possible. Together, you'll discuss the lesson through. This includes the basics of why a helicopter flies and how to fly it. The pilots and instructors all speak Dutch and English.

Flying yourself

You will fly the helicopter yourself as much as possible with the instructor alongside. After you have done overhead manoeuvres such as turns, climbing, descending, descending turns and climbing turns, it is time to hover the helicopter.

Hovering is the most difficult and also the most fun part of helicopter flying. This is hovering/ hovering just above the ground. A unique interplay between man and machine, eye-hand coordination and making very small steering corrections. A unique experience!

Each trial lesson comes with 30 minutes of theory beforehand. This is followed by the practical part, which are the flying minutes you purchase here. The time of flying will be determined after the order. At checkout, you can indicate your preference for morning or afternoon. We will then check with the planner for a suitable time.

We also offer the 30-minute trial lesson to think of your wallet, but a trial lesson is best enjoyed in a 45-minute flight. For the real daredevils, the 60 minutes is an option!
