The pilot was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The staff on the ground who welcome you are warm and helpful. My father has difficulty walking, and they helped him get into the helicopter. I’d highly recommend it.

On arrival, it took a bit of time to find a parking space and work out where to check in. But after that, it was a brilliant experience.
